For questions about how your data is processed, contact us through the contact form, or by the e-mail and phone shown under the CONTACT button at the top of the page (in the menu on mobile).

Through the contact form we collect only what you enter yourself: your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the text of your enquiry, together with the language of the page it was sent from.

We use your data only to reply to your enquiry and to contact you about it.

If you ask for an offer or for a machine to be installed, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For any other enquiry, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in replying to messages sent to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. To run the website and deliver enquiries we use service providers: Netlify (website hosting), Resend (sending enquiries by e-mail) and Google (Gmail, receiving e-mail). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers then rely on the safeguards set out in their terms.

Depending on the service requested, your enquiry may be passed on to BOLJA KAVA, obrt za trgovinu, owner M. Balić, Split, registration no. 98110039, which operates under the same brand and takes part in providing some of the services. It uses the details in the enquiry only to reply to it.

We keep the details of an enquiry until the conversation is over, and for no longer than 12 months. If the enquiry leads to a business relationship, or the law requires us to keep the data longer, it is kept for as long as that requires.

To prevent misuse of the form, the web application briefly remembers the sender's IP address when an enquiry is sent, to limit the number of enquiries (the limit runs for 10 minutes). The address is held only in the server's working memory and is never stored permanently. The total number of enquiries is counted without any personal data.

Separately, the hosting provider Netlify may keep its own technical logs of access to the website (for example the IP address and time of a request) for security and to run its service, under its own policies.

The website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. If you choose a language yourself, your browser stores a technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers that language for up to one year.

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can send us your request using the contact details on the website.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), www.azop.hr.
